Ep. 53 - Podcasts for Gambling Problems: Meet the Hosts

There are so many reasons to check-out all the podcasts for gambling problems. Here’s just some of the reasons to listen in:

  • It’s easy and private - listen while you’re driving, walking the dog, or cooking dinner. And, if you pop in your ear buds, no one knows what you are listening to.

  • To know that you’re not alone - it’s not easy to talk to people in your life when gambling gets out of hand. But, you’re not the only one going through this. Listening to podcasts is a way to connect with these people. What a relief to hear how others have found ways out.

  • To get guidance, hope and inspiration - hear about how others have dealt with gambling problems and get ideas and encouragement for yourself.

In episode 53 of our podcast, Fold em: Help for Gambling Problems, I’m joined by six people who host and produce podcasts about gambling problems. Hear about their podcasts and what each can offer you. We also have a great discussion about helpful first steps when tackling gambling problems and how to stay on track and avoid gambling getting out of hand again.

Listen now to this great conversation on Fold em or watch the video on YouTube.

Hear more about:

  • six different podcasts for gambling problems and get to know the hosts

  • what worked for them as they first started to address gambling issues

  • what has helped them to stay on track and prevent a relapse

  • how life can feel better - more quickly than you think
