Problem Gambling Support and Counselling - For Residents of British Columbia

Problem gambling support and counselling services are provided free of charge to residents of British Columbia. These confidential services are available throughout the province – in person, by phone and online – for people who have concerns about their own gambling or that of a loved one.

You don’t need to stop or quit gambling to access this free service. You don’t need to be self-excluded from a casino or online gambling website to access these free supports.

If you are not wanting counselling, you can talk to an outreach support person. They can help you figure out next steps for yourself. They can also connect you to self-help resources or local community resources.

Both our outreach workers and counsellors offer non-judgemental support. They will talk to you about how you want to manage gambling problems. They will work with you to control or stop gambling - you decide what will work for you.

If you would like to access our free counselling services, we work with individuals, couples and families and offer groups.

To connect with our support and counselling services, click on the red “Connect Now” button below. You can also access this support by calling the multilingual Gambling Support Line (confidential, toll free, 24/7) at 1-888-795-6111

British Columbia gambling support and counselling is available in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Punjabi, German and French. In addition, professional interpretation services are available free of charge in other languages.

Our team includes Indigenous counsellors, outreach support workers and prevention providers.

All of our services are free of charge and available to residents of BC - regardless of where you live in the province.
